✅ Your beans are roasted within 24-48 hours of purchase—ensuring peak freshness ✅ Peak flavor window is Days 3-30 post-roast ✅ Once roasted, our beans cannot be returned or resold

Because of this commitment to freshness, we operate under a no-return policy.

What's covered (full replacement/refund):

• Beans arrive unroasted or severely under-roasted
• Packaging damaged, beans stale/moldy
• Wrong product sent
• Visible roasting defect

What's not covered (our no-return policy):

• Taste preference (too bitter, too sour, not what you expected)
• Changed your mind after ordering
• Improper storage after delivery
• Product partially consumed
